Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Octavica service provided by [LEGAL ENTITY]. By using the service or starting a pilot, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Octavica is an AI voice agent that answers calls a business cannot pick up, collects the caller's request (name, reason, preferred time), and delivers it to the business. Octavica does not write to the business's calendar; a human confirms every booking.

2. Free pilot

We may offer a free trial period (typically two weeks). During the pilot either party may stop the service at any time. Continued use after the pilot is subject to the agreed fees.

3. Fees & billing

Paid plans consist of a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly subscription, as agreed in writing. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel the subscription with 30 days' notice. On cancellation the service stops at the end of the paid period.

5. Client responsibilities

• Configure call forwarding to the number we provide.
• Ensure you have a lawful basis and any required notices/consents for calls to be handled and, where enabled, recorded.
• Call back and confirm requests with your patients/customers.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes, or in violation of applicable telecommunications and data-protection laws.

7. No medical or professional advice; no guarantee

The agent never provides medical or professional advice. We do not guarantee that every call will be answered or converted; the service is provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract.
